This was formerly my go-to summer wine, but in the past year or so I find that I am loving it all year round. It is so delicately refreshing and lovely, it is the most stocked item in my wine fridge.

I recently had the opportunity to try the dry Rose and I have to say it was spectacular. The color and taste reminded me of strawberries. Very drinkable with food on a summer day. Anyone who tries it will enjoy it.
