This product is my sister's favorite and I ordered a couple of bottles to be delivered to her, not knowing that she would be out of town and unable to sign for the delivery. I want to thank you for attempting to re-direct the delivery for me to an adjacent house so that my sister could receive it before Christmas. At a very busy time, you took the time to make sure the product was received and it, indeed, was signed for by a neighbor and my sister was able to enjoy the bubbly for Christmas Eve. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Excellent service!! (and excellent product as well!)
