We are unable to accept returns unless wine is damaged during shipping. Noticeably damaged shipments must be refused at the time of delivery and Stone Hill Winery must be immediately notified. Contact us at 800-909-9463 or

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges for shipments returned to the winery after 3 delivery attempts. If the customer decides to have the order reshipped, they will be charged for both the return shipping charges plus the new shipping charges. Any refunds issued on non-damage related returns will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
