HELLBENDER BLANC

BLEND INFORMATION: Blend of primarily Traminette and Vidal Blanc along with two other locally grown white varieties.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Alcohol - 13%; Residual Sugar - 0.9%

TASTING INFORMATION: A fresh and bright white blend with pleasant acidity and a well rounded body pairs with the aromas of subtle orange blossoms and Yuzu citrus. Expressive green apple, peach, and apricots complement the minerality and lemongrass notes that lead to a wonderfully easy sipping wine.
