2023 VIDAL BLANC

VARIETAL INFORMATION: This fine dry white wine is produced from Vidal grapes grown in our hilltop vineyards. It's made only from the choice free-run juice, which is the most flavorful juice. Fermentation and aging with oak adds rich flavors and aromas.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION: Harvested early-September 2023; Alcohol - 12%;

TASTING INFORMATION: This wine has a straw-yellow color with herbaceous and floral aromas and a hint of citrus rinds. A light-bodied wine with a bright acidity and structured mouthfeel. Drink now as an aperitif or serve with seafood, poultry and creamy pasta dishes. (750 ml)
