Fresh picked greens, parsley, mint, micro greens, thinly sliced red onions, shaved multi-colored radishes, diced garden tomatoes. Sprinkled with feta and drizzled with house-made lemon olive oil dressing.

Locally farmed grilled tender lamb kebabs with tzatzkiki sauce served with roasted summer vegetables with cous-cous.

House-made galette from fresh farmers' market fruits and puff pastry.
